With nearly 20 years of experience as a physical therapist, Kat transitioned her practice to focus on holistic mental health care after nine years of traditional mental health care failed to prevent her suicidal crisis in 2017. Kat now does her healing work as a Reiki Master of Masters, evidential spirit medium, mindfulness teacher, certified trauma educator, and spiritual coach. Kat brings a wealth of expertise and spiritual insight to every healing session.
